Shipping
How much is shipping and which carrier do you use?
We ship every order with DHL from our warehouse in Stockholm as soon as payment is confirmed. Free shipping in Sweden on orders from 3,000 SEK. Under 3,000 SEK, shipping is 79 SEK. Delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Sweden and Denmark.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, for example Qliro. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
Products
Are your products sealed and genuine?
Yes. We sell sealed products from official distribution and guarantee that they are genuine.
Do you take pre-orders? When do they arrive?
Yes. Pre-orders and unreleased products show an estimated delivery date. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change. We will notify you if they do.
Do you sell to businesses?
We mainly sell to private individuals. Businesses are welcome to contact us first at contact@blindbox.se.
Returns and complaints
Can I return my order?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Email contact@blindbox.se with your order number. We do not include a return label. The return fee is 200 SEK and covers shipping in both directions and handling. The rest, including shipping, is refunded within 14 days after we receive your notice. Opened products, products where the seal has been broken, and loose boosters cannot be returned.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged or wrong?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@blindbox.se and send photos of the item and the packaging. You have three years' complaint rights under Swedish consumer law, and a complaint within two months is always considered in time. Valid complaints cost you nothing and we cover the shipping.
What happens if I don't collect my parcel?
Parcels that are not collected and are sent back to us are charged 200 SEK. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Who can I contact in case of a dispute?
Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve an issue together, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se). We follow ARN's recommendations.
