Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship all orders with DHL from our warehouse in Stockholm. We ship your order as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.

  • Up to SEK 4,000: SEK 79
  • SEK 4,000–7,000: SEK 109
  • SEK 7,000–15,000: SEK 189
  • SEK 15,000–20,000: SEK 229

Delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Contact us at contact@blindbox.se and state your order number.

We do not include a return label in the package. For returns we charge a fee of SEK 200, which covers shipping in both directions and handling. The rest of the amount, including shipping, is refunded.

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or where the seal has been removed. Loose boosters cannot be returned.

Uncollected packages

If your package is not collected and is returned to us, we charge a fee of SEK 200. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
