MEGA Dream ex
MEGA Dream ex was released in Japan on November 28, 2025, and is this year's High Class Pack, a premium set with a guaranteed Pokémon ex in every booster. The set celebrates the comeback of Mega Evolutions featuring, among others, Mega Dragonite ex, Mega Gengar ex, and Mega Charizard X ex.
This also marks the debut of Mega Attack Rare, a new rarity level in comic book style, along with Art Rares and Special Art Rares. The English equivalent is Ascended Heroes.
Japanese cards
Japanese boosters are popular among collectors for their quality. High Class Packs contain 10 cards per booster instead of the 5 found in regular Japanese sets.
